IRC offers a range of volunteer opportunities tailored to your interests and expertise. You can assist with education programs such as ESL classes, citizenship preparation, and youth tutoring; support workforce development by helping clients with resumes, interview skills, or digital literacy; or contribute to community outreach through cultural events and resource fairs. Volunteers with specialized skills can also provide administrative support in areas like data entry, translation, grant writing, and web design or assist with legal and casework services under professional supervision.
