Nuur is committed to provides strategic leadership, oversees operations, and builds partnerships that advance IRC’s mission of equity, inclusion, and community empowerment.
JEYLANI NOOR
CFO/V. PRESIDENTJeylani Noor is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Immigrant & Refugee Center (IRC). He oversees the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. In his role, Jeylani supports program operations and strategic initiatives while fostering partnerships that advance IRC’s mission to empower immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities.
FARDOWSA ALI
SECRETARYFardowsa Ali serves as the Secretary of the Immigrant & Refugee Center (IRC). In this role, she supports organizational governance and communication, maintaining accurate records, coordinating board activities, and ensuring effective documentation of IRC’s operations. Fardowsa is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in advancing the organization’s mission to serve and empower immigrant and refugee communities.
AMINA MOGE
ADVOCATEAmina Moge is an Advocate with the Immigrant & Refugee Center (IRC). She is dedicated to supporting and empowering immigrants and refugees through advocacy, outreach, and community engagement. Amina works to ensure that every individual has access to the resources, rights, and opportunities needed to thrive, reflecting IRC’s mission of equity, inclusion, and justice for all.
WARSAME KABIR
OrganizerWarsame Kabir is a Community Organizer with the Immigrant & Refugee Center (IRC). He works to build leadership, unity, and collective action among immigrant and refugee communities. Through outreach, advocacy, and collaboration, Warsame helps strengthen community voices and advance IRC’s mission of equity, empowerment, and social justice.

SPOKERMANAli Durow serves as the Spokesperson for the Immigrant & Refugee Center (IRC). In this role, he represents the organization in public communications, media relations, and community outreach. Ali works to amplify the voices of immigrants and refugees, sharing their stories and advocating for equity, inclusion, and opportunity in alignment with IRC’s mission.
