(IRC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering immigrants, refugees, and diverse families  as they build new lives in Hamden county of Western Massachusetts. Our mission is to advance the well-being, self-sufficiency, and successful integration of New Americans through comprehensive programs in education, workforce development, youth engagement, and legal support. We strive to create a welcoming environment where individuals and families have access to the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
At the heart of IRC’s work is a commitment to equity, inclusion, and community collaboration. By connecting newcomers with essential services and fostering cultural understanding, we help strengthen the social and economic fabric of the communities we serve.
